Brandon Cass: I am now owner of the most innovative personal training system in the area. In addition, I have been blessed to train some great athletes and wonderful people along the way. In fact my wife, Monica Cass, was a former client and as I predicted now a WNBF Figure Pro. My aim for each and every individual is to share the knowledge that I have gained over the years and apply it to their fitness goals to produce a desired effect.  I am certified as a personal trainer, strength and conditioning specialist, and nutrition specialist. My wife and I live our lives in application of the profession we choose, and in turn, are always looking to improve. Customized Personal Fitness Training By Cass Strength

Private Personal Training - A one on one session with one of our highly skilled and experienced personal training staff. Each session is 50-60 minutes long.

Semi-Private Personal Training - Share your session with a family member or friend. Husband and wives, what better way to spend quality time together than getting fit? At your request we can also try to match you with another client with similar fitness goals. Each session is 50-60 minutes long.

Group Personal Training - Small group 3-6 client sessions are suitable for beginners or experienced exercisers and help share cost of the session. Each session is 50-60 minutes long.

Sports Specific Training - Whatever the sport we can help you bring home the gold.

Training at Your Home or Office - This custom training is specifically designed for those who want convenience and security of working out at home. We will come to you. Each session is 50-60 minutes long.

Fitness Genie - Your trainer will be the genie over your shoulder. This innovative program allows an in home critique and random checks by your trainer of your diet and lifestyle. It includes 3 personal training sessions weekly, fitness profile, custom meal plan, and program design for the future. The only program of its kind!

Cass Strength Weight Loss Program - This effective 12 week program is designed to develop healthy eating habits with foods that are built in to a custom meal plan for you. This program also includes 3 personal training sessions per week, fitness profile, with follow up monthly. Goal weight loss for men is 17-25 pounds and women 12-17 pounds.

Individual Training Sessions - These custom sessions are designed for those clients who train sporadically and do not want to commit to a single program.

High Intensity Personal Training - These 30 minute sessions will do more in less time than you ever thought possible.

High Intensity Group Personal Training - Prepare to be in constant motion. These 30-45 minute sessions in groups of 3-6 will help you reach your fitness goals faster than you ever thought possible.
